Story
The name itself began by taking something away
DESAIL joins Design and Detail. We believe there is more to gain in refining the small motions you make every day than in inventing something grand.
So we never hold a meeting about adding a feature. We ask what can come out first. The less that remains, the less there is to get lost in.
Method
The order never changes
All three apps came out of these same three steps.
Observe
We count what people actually do every day. Anything you don't reach for daily drops off the list.
Remove
We redraw the screen around what's left. If something takes two taps to reach, the design is wrong.
Hold
We don't add features after launch. What we improve is speed and accuracy, never the count.
